Aaron Hirtenstein

Aaron has more than 12 years experience of setting up and working in co-ops and has a varied career that has involved him in strategic, financial planning, and business development, with a key focus on operations and organisational development. 
Currently operations manager with Open Food Network and Community Lead with Local Gov Drupal. Member of Co-operate Scotland LLP working with Cooperative Development Scotland to set up new co-ops in Scotland. Aaron recently improved his skills and knowledge by attending the Co-op Culture Barefoot Co-operative Development Practitioner Training.
Key strengths include supporting and mentoring new start-ups particularly around legal & organisational structures, governance (including sociocracy), organisational & systems development, strategy and business planning.
