The AGM is a fantastic opportunity for our members to ask the questions that matter to your co-op. It’s an opportunity to help shape our future and vote on resolutions.
We've collated all the papers for our Annual General Meeting (AGM):
-
The 2023 formal AGM notice (featuring the agenda and resolutions)
-
Minutes of the 2022 AGM
Anyone is welcome to attend and observe our Annual General Meeting. To vote on resolutions an organisation must have been a member of Co-operatives UK on 01 May 2023, and its voting representative must be present at the meeting (either face-to-face or online).
