Michael has over 25 years of experience in financial management and fundraising within the voluntary and public sectors, including company formation, business planning, building purchase, income generation and managing constrained cashflow.
His Community Shares experience includes as Director of MaidEnergy Ltd, developing two share offers raising £168,450 from 55 members, and adviser to the Craufurd Arms (£279,250 from 193 members) and Bovey Tracey Paradiso Arts (£298,550 from 261 members)
Michael is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and holds the Certificate in Fundraising as a member of the Institute of Fundraising
Michael is Licensed by the Community Shares Unit to award the Community Shares Standard Mark.
