Built in the 19th century, the Holyoake House meeting rooms offer a beautifully historic setting and are equipped with high-tech facilities including video conferencing, interactive whiteboards and hi-speed Wi-Fi.
Room hire includes a personal service to ensure your meetings run smoothly, with flexible catering and refreshment options also available.
Holyoake House is a two-minute walk from Manchester Victoria Station and Shudehill Interchange, 15 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly Station, and is close to other transport links and car parks.

The Mutuality Room is a spacious meeting room with fantastic flooring, a high ceiling and the latest video conferencing technology.

Boardroom style seating: 12 people
Hourly rate: £60 + VAT (minimum charge of £180 + VAT)
Half day hire: £225 + VAT
Full day hire: £400 + VAT
Out of hours rate (weekday): £95 + VAT (per hour)
Weekend day rate: £800 + VAT
